This technology (MPT) not only provides excellent corrosion protection for the surface of galvanized sheet, but also endows it with the function of "self lubrication". The galvanized sheet passivated by MPT can be directly stamped without machining oil. This helps downstream customers greatly save comprehensive costs. Relevant products have been officially put into use in 2015.

The 2017 MP corrosion Innovation Award announced a list of 44 candidate technologies. This award provides NACE members and customers with a platform for corrosion mitigation technology and innovative solutions. The winner will be selected by the corrosion control expert group and announced at the NACE international 2017 corrosion annual conference held in New Orleans, Louisiana, USA on March 27, 2017.
