The chief technology officer of the company is Dr. WIM van noy (Professor of Materials Department of University of Cincinnati). He has published more than 350 academic papers and has more than 50 patents. He is the initiator of bonding technology. It is one of the first pioneers to optimize the traditional silane bonding technology and lead the environmentally friendly silane technology into the field of metal rust prevention. This creates an industry innovation that silane technology replaces harmful hexavalent chromium passivation technology.
Since the early 1990s, Professor WIM and his research team have carried out a lot of detailed scientific research on metal rust prevention and metal rubber adhesive by using silane technology. At present, the technology has been mature, widely applied in industrialization and is at the world leading level.
